“We wanted our house to have more of an open concept in the main living area, so we hired Sandifer Design Build Remodel to help us remove a load bearing wall between the living room and the dining room. This was a major engineering project since the wall supported the weight of the roof and the wall opening spanned over 30ft. The work involved the installation of LVL beams, support columns, electrical, drywall, paint and tile repair.
