Sandifer Design Build did a complete renovation in our home, the project included the entire downstairs of our home including a new kitchen, breakfast room, new floors, walls removed and added. The scope of the work was large but from our first meeting to the final day the entire team worked to being the project in on time and on budget. Nick, Larry and all the team including subs were always at my home on time, courteous, kept the job site immaculate everyday as we were living in the house at the same time. They went above and beyond, took on added projects I threw at them and completed the entire project with enthusiasm and pride in their work. Our home is a reflection of the detail oriented work that they did, it is everything we dreamed of and more.
I would highly recommend this company and those who work with them for any new build or remodel, no job is too small or big. They are professional, comfortable to be around, clean, polite and we have developed more than a once off relationship, their continued contact for other projects I have needed has been impressive, once a client, they are always there for you..
