We wanted our house to have more of an open concept in the main living area, so we hired Sandifer Design Build Remodel to help us remove a load bearing wall between the living room and the dining room. This was a major engineering project since the wall supported the weight of the roof and the wall opening spanned over 30ft. The work involved the installation of LVL beams, support columns, electrical, drywall, paint and tile repair.
Sandifer and his team were fantastic from start to finish. His team patiently answered all of our questions and were always conscious to make the project comfortable for my family. We look forward to working with Sandifer Design Build Remodel on future projects.
