We hired Nick and Team to create a new addition to our classic San Marco Home and other renovations. Addition included a new breakfast nook, half bath, office, laundry room, and guest bedroom. Renovation included a brand new (awesome!) kitchen, master bathroom, and guest bathroom. This was not an easy task due to the age of the house (75 years old). Electric, HVAC, plumbing, you name it had to be relocated and upgraded. After the dust has settled, we are enjoying our home more than we could have imagined. The quality of work is absolutely impressive. They matched existing 75 year old hardwood floors with brand new hardwood floors in the new areas. You can’t see where the originals stop and the new begins! Plus matching the trim, moldings, doors, etc. was not an easy task. On a personal level, they were very helpful and considerate knowing a small family of four was living in the house during this adventure. I definitely recommend Sandifer Design Build Remodel.
