Nick Sandifer
Owner
With degrees in Real Estate Finance, Appraisal, and Feasibility, Nick started his building career on a strong foundation. With experience working for both national and local custom builders, Nick knew he was ready to do things on his own terms in order to make the customer experience just as special as the build. He never settles, and is dedicated to making every last detail feel perfect. When he’s not co-running Sandifer Design Build, Nick loves hanging with Chelsea and the kids, cooking, fishing, and working out.
Chelsea Sandifer
Co-Owner
Meet the woman working hard behind the scenes to manage every aspect of Sandifer Design Build operations. She brings attention to detail and a knack for client communications to her role in this husband-and-wife-owned family business. Outside of work, Chelsea loves to travel and spend time with Nick and their four children, Paige, Cole, Wyatt, and Iyla.
Shelly
Office Manager
Shelly has been supporting the design and build of luxury custom homes since 2016, with experience working on different parts of the process. She loves meeting new clients and watching the progression of a design as it comes to life. When she’s working for Sandifer Design Build, you can find her fishing, volunteering, and hanging at the beach.
Lenny
Estimating & Purchasing
You’ll find proof of Lenny’s precision in residential and commercial spaces from Washington and Texas to Florida. He has worn many hats throughout his building career, and has a deep bench of tools to draw from when it comes to his work at Sandifer Design Build. If he’s not spending time with his family, you’ll find him golfing, relaxing at the beach, and cheering for the Seahawks.

Project Manager
Larry comes from a long line of construction pros and built a love for design from a young age (who wouldn’t when your payment for remodeling a Dairy Queen restaurant came in the form of milkshakes and hotdogs?). With a keen eye for detail and commitment to getting the job done right (and as efficiently as possible), his affinity for construction makes work feel more like a hobby than a job. Outside of Sandifer, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife of 50 years and their 5 kids, 11 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Project Manager
Colton is a native Floridian that has lived in most of Florida's major cities before settling down in St. John’s County. After Graduating from the University of North Florida, he started his career in the construction equipment production business. After years of attention to detail in the production world, Colton branched off into the world of custom home building where his attention to detail and customer service grew exponentially. During his spare time he loves to spend time with his wife, three children, and three dogs doing all of the outdoor activities that Florida has to offer.

Project Coordinator
Nicole is a Florida native and military spouse whose career journey began in home staging and interior design administration before leading her into the construction industry. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing ideas to life, she enjoys guiding clients through the exciting process of creating a home that truly reflects their vision.
After years of moving across the country with the Navy, Nicole and her husband are happy to have put down roots in Jacksonville with their two boys. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, staying active, and spending quality time with her family.
Bernardo
Lead Carpenter
Bernardo began his career in construction in a commercial and industrial roofing company in California. He later moved to Florida and began working in the construction painting industry. He developed in many areas of construction and believes that his passion and desire for this trade makes him excel at what he does. His priority has always been to give his best with passion and respect. Bernardo's wife and children have been of great support to him and are his driving force every day.

Lead Carpenter
Edgardo began his career in the construction industry in 2001, gaining experience in remodeling, maintenance, group supervision, and classic restorations. What he loves most about this work is treating every project with the same care and attention as if it were his own. Outside of work, Edgardo enjoys spending time with his family.
