Nick Sandifer
Owner
With degrees in Real Estate Finance, Appraisal, and Feasibility, Nick started his building career on a strong foundation. With experience working for both national and local custom builders, Nick knew he was ready to do things on his own terms in order to make the customer experience just as special as the build. He never settles, and is dedicated to making every last detail feel perfect. When he’s not co-running Sandifer Design Build, Nick loves hanging with Chelsea and the kids, cooking, fishing, and working out.
Chelsea Sandifer
Co-Owner
Meet the woman working hard behind the scenes to manage every aspect of Sandifer Design Build operations. She brings attention to detail and a knack for client communications to her role in this husband-and-wife-owned family business. Outside of work, Chelsea loves to travel and spend time with Nick and their four children, Paige, Cole, Wyatt, and Iyla.
Edward
Edward began his career in 1991 at a furniture manufacturing company, developing a passion for the manufacturing process while working on the production floor. He gained experience in Lean Manufacturing at a college furniture manufacturer in Washington and progressed to become a Plant Manager, contributing to improved throughput. Edward later served as Operations Manager for a custom cabinet manufacturer and Warehouse Manager for a millwork company in Colorado, managing shipping, receiving, and production schedules. With over 25 years in management, Edward excels in purchasing, negotiation, and project management. He is also a proud U.S. Army Reserves veteran and enjoys spending time with his wife, riding his Harley, spoiling his granddaughter, and participating in challenging races like Spartan Races and Half Marathons.

Office Manager
Shelly has been supporting the design and build of luxury custom homes since 2016, with experience working on different parts of the process. She loves meeting new clients and watching the progression of a design as it comes to life. When she’s working for Sandifer Design Build, you can find her fishing, volunteering, and hanging at the beach.
Larry
Project Manager
Larry comes from a long line of construction pros and built a love for design from a young age (who wouldn’t when your payment for remodeling a Dairy Queen restaurant came in the form of milkshakes and hotdogs?). With a keen eye for detail and commitment to getting the job done right (and as efficiently as possible), his affinity for construction makes work feel more like a hobby than a job. Outside of Sandifer, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife of 50 years and their 5 kids, 11 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Lenny
Estimating & Purchasing
You’ll find proof of Lenny’s precision in residential and commercial spaces from Washington and Texas to Florida. He has worn many hats throughout his building career, and has a deep bench of tools to draw from when it comes to his work at Sandifer Design Build. If he’s not spending time with his family, you’ll find him golfing, relaxing at the beach, and cheering for the Seahawks.
